The oldest wooden covered bridge in Europe. Contains 17th-century triangular paintings inside. A 1993 fire destroyed much of it and 78 of 147 paintings. Rebuilt within 8 months. The Water Tower adjacent to it is from 1300. Lucernes most photographed landmark.
